The look and feel of the Ocean Casino planet
A part of my Ocean Casino review was to look through the website and test out the games. I found that the platform had a simple and straightforward layout that is brightly colored and welcoming. It’s also easy to navigate, and this is a huge plus if you’re not tech-savvy like me. I also found that the casino games could be accessed through the icons at the top of the screen.
The games work on most browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Edge; however, you will need to install a flash player to access online games. The good news is that this is free and easy to download.
I also found that the website is optimized for mobile and tablet play. At the time of this review, there was no mobile app to download and install; however, the fact that the casino can be accessed via your smartphone or tablet is a huge consolation.
So I found that you can access most of the games and take advantage of the sign-up offers via your mobile devices.
The only drawback is that a few of my favorite casino games are not available when accessing the desktop site via my mobile device. However, these issues are minor, and overall, my experience was absolutely incredible.
Serving the customers
A strong customer support structure should never be underestimated when it comes to playing at an online casino. This is because you never know when you may need assistance, and it’s always good to know that help is there when you need it.
