At a depth of five meters, Stasiun Muka Kampung has 60 % of coral reefs which consists of 55 % of hard coral and 5 % of soft coral dominated by Acropora branching species by 15 %. In this case, its condition can be categorized well. Meanwhile, at a depth of fifteen meters, it has 72 % of coral reefs that consists of 68 % of hard coral and 4 % of soft coral in which all of them are dominated by foliouse coral and Acropora digitate by 17 % respectively.
Waha diving site is located in Waha village with white sand and coral reefs that are maintained and colorful in which it makes anyone want to try snorkeling or diving in this area. In this case, Waha’s coral reefs has 77 % of percentage which consist of 39 % of hard coral dominated by soft coral species of 38 % where all of them are still in very good condition. Meanwhile, at a depth of fifteen meters, there are 66 % of coral reefs which consists of 64 % of hard coral and 2 % of soft coral dominated by encrusting coral by 17 %. In addition, the other diving point sites you need to see, are Jon's Reef, The Zoo, Pohon Lucu, Turtle Transporter, Titon Tower, Maze, Colloseum, Tonang Reef, Kapota Ridge, Topi Miring 1, Topi Miring 2, Metropolis and Clownfish City.
The diving areas in Kaledupa are more numerous in waters area of Hoga Island. For those who love to dive, Hoga Island will be the best choice. Tomia Island is located in the southern Kaledupa Island or the northern of Binongko Island. This island is also known with the underwater beauty and cultural consistency. The PIN Fee is a regional income and managed by Wakatobi Regency Government to support Wakatobi Sustainable Tourism Development, tourism infrastructure, marine resources, monitoring and surveillance. No any portion of this fee goes to National Government, Private Company or Individual.
